Payment & Insurance Information
At Florida Eye Microsurgical Institute we accept a wide variety of insurance plans — over 600, in fact. Some of the most popular are listed below, but if you don’t see yours listed on the site, please feel free to call the office at 561-737-5500 to ask if we accept it. We also accept Medicare assignment and as a courtesy, will bill your secondary insurance carrier for you.

As a benefit to our patients, Florida Eye Microsurgical Institute offers financing with the CareCredit card. We offer interest-free* (if paid within the promotional period) financing for all of our services, with repayment periods of up to 6, 12, or 18 months depending on the amount financed. There are no finance fees, application fees, nor hidden costs.
